No Brokerage Guarantee

Unless specifically mentioned, our platform acts only as a medium to connect buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and advisors.
Any transaction is solely between the concerned parties.

User Responsibilities

Users shall not post false, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent property listings.
Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Advisor Registration

Registered advisors are independent individuals and are not employees of the company.
The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any advisor account without prior notice.

Payments & Fees

Any applicable fees, subscriptions, or promotional charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Service charges may change without prior notice.

Property Transactions

We are not a party to any property transaction.
Buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants are advised to conduct their own legal and financial due diligence.
